Kafayat Idris
Non-Executive Director
Kafayat Idris is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) with extensive experience in corporate tax, finance, and governance. She is currently the Head of Tax at VINCI Plc, where she has led tax compliance and governance across the UK since 2014, providing strategic tax advice to support the company’s financial operations.
She previously served as Group Accountant at VINCI Plc (2002–2014), managing consolidated accounts, acquisitions, and financial reporting, and began her career in audit and accounting with Baker Tilly and Goldwyns.
Kafayat also holds a directorship at Salag Limited and is a member of the Institute of Directors, UK.
