To cope with the challenges of growing volumes and diversity of business, Continental Reinsurance Plc is connecting the business processes of all her regional offices to that of the head office in Lagos Nigeria with a web-based version of her reinsurance software system. The software package integrates Life and Non-life Underwriting, Claims, Retrocession and Reinsurance Accounting modules efficiently.
We have immediate plans of linking all our office location using Unified Communication, EDMS and Workflow solutions based on the latest Microsoft technologies. Link tunnels will be terminated with routers that would enable both data, voice and video transmission across the locations.
